About the Inventor
While being deployed to the desert, I found it was difficult to access my bottled water in my backpack. I had to either take the pack off or ask others to retrieve it for me. I thought It would be convenient to have an attachable straw to save time and effort in staying hydrated. That’s when I came up with the idea of the “J-straw.”
