About The Invention

Introducing the FLANGE MASTER™

Being an HVAC technician you come to expect most projects to not go perfectly but sometimes you can run into situations where there is no tool or reasonable way to remove a part. Pump flanges can be just one of those things as they need to be turned but there often isn’t room to get a grip on it. Sound familiar?

The Flange Master™ is a tool used to install or remove a pump flange from a section of pipe. The process is quick and simple. Set the Flange Master™ on the pump flange, run the bolt through the Flange Master™ and flange, tighten the nut on the bolt (finger tight is all that is necessary) and it’s ready to go!

Also the tool is slotted at one end making it fully adjustable to work on standard flanges or high velocity (which are wider). This tool also works in any position: upside down, right side up, even sideways since it bolts onto the flange holding it firmly in places.

About the Inventor

Robert Shields
The Flange Master™

The inventor, Robert Shields, lives in Mason, MI and had an idea for removing flanges in hard to reach/tight areas. Robert contacted the Mars Rising Network and had a provisional and design patent application filed and had the invention designed properly so that he may see success with this great idea and turn it into a real product. He is actively seeking a company that would have an interest in licensing the product for a royalty.
